光电智能煤矸分离的试验研究

摘要 针对智能煤矸分离技术侧重于可见光对煤矸石提取纹理特征和算法的研究较多,而对不可见光即射线分选的研究较少这一问题,通过对X射线的原理分析,利用纯矿物的相互组合模拟煤和矸石的矿物组分设计实验,研究了不同组合的矿物组分对X射线成像的形象,得到了组合矿物厚度与灰度值的关系。结果表明,组合矿物的模拟实验能说明X射线对煤和矸石分选的原理。 In view of the fact that the intelligent coal gangue separation technology focuses on visible light to extract texture features and algorithms of coal gangue,but less research on invisible light,X-ray separation.This paper analyzes the principle of X-ray.The mutual combination of pure minerals is used to simulate the mineral composition of coal and gangue,and the image of different combinations of mineral components to X-ray imaging is studied.The relationship between the thickness of composite minerals and gray value is obtained.The results show that the simulation experiment of composite minerals can explain the principle of X-ray separation of coal and gangue.
