In the semi water gas desulfurization process of synthetic ammonia process in coal chemical industry,there are some problems,such as the liquid level of desulfurization regeneration tank is not easy to control,the automatic water seal of cleaning tower is easy to fail and so on.Combined with the actual production,through the optimization of the liquid level regulator and the liquid level automatic discharge water seal of the desulfurization regeneration tank,the problems existing in the production are effectively solved,the operation is convenient,the production is stable,and good safety and environmental protection benefits are obtained.
