摘要 结合生产实际,分别经过脱硫再生槽的液位调节器、液位自动排放水封进行优化,有效解决了煤化工合成氨工艺半水煤气脱硫工序存在的脱硫再生槽的液位不易控制、清洗塔自动水封易失效等问题,操作方便,生产稳定,取得良好的安全、环保效益。 In the semi water gas desulfurization process of synthetic ammonia process in coal chemical industry,there are some problems,such as the liquid level of desulfurization regeneration tank is not easy to control,the automatic water seal of cleaning tower is easy to fail and so on.Combined with the actual production,through the optimization of the liquid level regulator and the liquid level automatic discharge water seal of the desulfurization regeneration tank,the problems existing in the production are effectively solved,the operation is convenient,the production is stable,and good safety and environmental protection benefits are obtained.
