摘要
针对数字化背景下档案信息服务工作的创新与发展,在了解国内理论与实践研究现状的基础上,将协同理论引入到档案信息服务中,探索协同视域下档案信息服务模式的开展情况。本文运用案例分析方法选取长三角民生档案一体化协同服务、上海市"一网通办"协同服务以及图档博协同服务为例,分别对跨区域、跨部门、跨学科三种跨界协同服务模式进行解读与研究,并从实践中汲取档案信息服务模式的建设经验,从制度、资源、技术等方面提高档案部门协同服务水平。
Based on the literatures that published in five international journals of archival science during 2020, this paper uses content analysis method to build categories, count up code as for research purpose, research object,research method, research topic and reviews international archival science research contents in 2020 on the basis of the results of coding. It discovers three characteristics of international archival science research: follow the trend of archival socialization, study the new technologies in keeping records, focus on the future directions of archival career.
