高校电子文件在线归档的研究与实现

随着计算机和网络技术的广泛应用,各高校已基本实现了办公自动化、电子化管理,教学、科研、管理等职能活动中形成了大量的电子文件。按传统的档案归档管理方式已难于满足业务增量电子化及高效管理的行政要求,电子文件的信息化管理势必会成为数字档案馆建设的重要内容。本文将研究高校电子文件如何实现在线归档,从而为高校实现电子档案信息化管理提供参考样例。

With the wide application of computer and network technology, colleges and universities have basically realized office automation, electronic management, teaching, scientific research, management and other functional activities formed a large number of electronic documents.
