食管癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子和胰岛素样生长因子-1表达及其与临床病理特征的关系 被引量:7

The Expresssion of VEGF and IGF-1 in Esophageal Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的探讨食管癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的表达变化,明确其临床意义。方法选取食管癌患者58例,另选取同期健康体检者40例作为正常对照,均采用ELISA法测定VEGF和IGF-1表达水平。结果食管癌患者血清中VEGF和IGF-1的表达水平分别为(88.2±22.3)pg/ml、(94.3±26.5)ng/ml,对照组中VEGF和IGF-1的表达水平分别为(14.1±4.6)pg/ml、(21.6±3.5)ng/ml,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。VEGF和IGF-1的表达在肿瘤分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及临床分期上均存在着显著性的差异(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示VEGF和IGF-1表达呈显著正相关(γ=0.415,P<0.05)。结论VEGF和IGF-1的异常高表达与食管癌的发生、发展有关,二者联合检测具有一定的临床意义,可作为食管癌分级及预后评估的新分子标志物,具有进一步研究的价值。 Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in serum of patients with esophageal cancer,and its clinical significance.Methods 58 patients with esophageal cancer were selected,40 cases of healthy people were selected as normal controls,the expression levels of VEGF and IGF-1 were determined by ELISA method.Results The expression of VEGF and IGF-1 in esophageal cancer group were(88.2±22.3)pg/ml and(94.3±26.5)ng/ml,and the control group were(14.1±4.6)pg/ml and(21.6±3.5)ng/ml.there were significant differences of VEGF and IGF-1 expression between the two groups(P<0.01).The VEGF and IGF-1 expression were significant related with lymphatic metastasis,histological grade and clinical pathologic stage in esophageal cancer patients(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF was negatively related with IGF-1 in esophageal cancer patients(γ=0.415,P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of VEGF and IGF-1 indicates that they are related to the occurrence and development of esophageal carcinoma and have certain clinical significance for the combined detection of VEGF and IGF-1.They may be a new molecular marker for esophageal cancer classification and prognosis evaluation,With the value of further research.
