体教融合视域下美国高校学生运动员文化教育管理经验与启示

Experience and Enlightenment of Academic Learning Management of American College Student-Athletes from Perspective of Integration of Sports&Education

采用文献资料法、数理统计法等,对美国高校学生运动员文化教育管理经验进行研究,结果表明美国高校学生运动员有着较高的学业成就和毕业就业率,凸显出其文化教育管理的良好成效。美国高校学生运动员文化教育管理经验主要包括系统的制度治理体系、严格的招生与毕业标准、竞争性的奖学金政策、强大的学术资源保障。对我国体教融合背景下学生运动员文化教育管理工作的启示协同学生运动员文化教育制度,多方主体合作共治;健全学生运动员培养目标体系,持续追踪提供支持;坚持学生运动员文化教育标准,杜绝毕业条件“放水”;优化学生运动员奖学金政策,奖助结合激励学习;加强学生运动员文化教育保障,制定差异学习方案。

The paper studies the management experience of American college student athlete’s academic learning through literature study,mathematical statistics and so on.The results showed that American college student-athletes had high academic achievement and graduate employment rate,which highlighted the good results of their academic and educational management.The management emphasized systematic governance system,strict enrollment and graduation standards,competitive scholarship policy and strong academic resource guarantee.The management of student athlete academic learning under the background of integration of sports and education in China needed to stress cooperative governance under multiple main bodies through coordinative college student athlete academic learning system,to improve the sustainable graduation,to optimize the scholarship policy and to combine scholarship with grants,to strengthen the guarantee and to formulate differentiated learning programs.
