摘要
以青岛地铁3号线车辆和轨道为研究对象,通过轮轨磨耗测试、车辆振动加速度试验、动力学性能评价等方法,研究分析轮轨磨耗规律、轮轨匹配状态及车辆动力学性能。结果表明:正线曲线较多且车辆无法掉头运行引起轮对偏磨,轮轨系统P2力共振、闸瓦无修形作用导致车轮多边形。提出设置掉头线、打磨钢轨焊接接头、增加空气制动频率、薄轮缘镟修等控制措施。
Taking the vehicles and tracks of Qingdao Metro Line 3 as the research object,the wheel-rail wear test,vehicle vibration acceleration test,dynamic performance evaluation and other methods were used to study and analyze the wheel-rail wear law,wheel-rail matching status and vehicle dynamics performance.The results showed that the wheel-set eccentric wear was caused by too many curves and the vehicle being unable to turn around.The wheel polygon was caused by the resonance of wheel-rail system P2 force and the non-modification of brake shoe.And the control measures such as setting the u-turn line,grinding the rail welded joint,increasing the air brake frequency and repairing the thin flange were put forward.
