介绍卢敏教授辨治颈椎病经验。卢教授认为,颈椎病乃本虚标实之疾,虚则责之肝肾、气血不足,实则为风寒湿外邪侵袭。提出其中医病机为"虚、毒、瘀",以补益法、祛邪法、活血法为治疗大法,充分体现了"三因治宜""医患合作""内外兼治"等理念,临床上每获良效。

To introduce professor LU Min’s experience in treating cervical spondylosis.LU believes that cervical spondylosis is a disease of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Deficiency of Qi and blood and deficiency of liver and kidney are deficiency syndromes,invasion of wind-cold-dampness external evils are excessive syndromes.LU proposes pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine are “deficiency,poison and stasis”,and applies tonifying method,dispelling evil and promoting blood circulation to treat it.This reflects many ideas,such as “Three factors for treatment”,“Doctor-patient cooperation”,“Internal and external treatment”,so the clinical effect is satisfactory.
