胡玉荃治疗先兆流产药症规律研究

Research on the Regularity of HU Yuquan’s Medicine Syndrome in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion based on TCM Inheritance Calculation Platform

目的:借助中医传承计算平台(V3.0)软件,研究胡玉荃教授治疗先兆流产用药规律及症治经验。方法:收集胡玉荃教授2014—2019年治疗先兆流产医案及处方,采用药物关联规则、K均值算法聚类,对获得病案症状、舌脉、中药性味、归经、频次等进行统计及新方研究。结果:共收集胡教授治疗先兆流产病案112个,首诊处方112首,中药33味。多发生在孕早期(88.39%);症状以阴道少量出血为多见;最常见的舌脉是舌质红,苔黄,脉滑数;中药四气以温、寒、平多见;五味多属甘、苦、辛;多归肾、肝、脾经,功效以补虚类多见。结论:胡教授认为,胎漏、胎动不安是以肾虚血弱为本、血热为标为基本病机,治疗时以寿胎丸、保阴煎及安胎圣药为主方,临床随证加减。

Objective:With the help of the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform (V3.0) software,to study the medication rules and experience of Professor HU Yuquan in the treatment of threatened abortion.Method:Collect the medical records and prescriptions of HU Yuquan for the treatment of threatened abortion from 2014 to 2019,and use drug association rules and K-means algorithm clustering to collect statistics and new prescriptions on the symptoms,tongue and pulse,taste of traditional Chinese medicine,meridian,frequency,etc.Results:A total of 112 medical records of HU treatment of threatened abortion,112 prescriptions for the first consultation,and 33 Chinese medicines were collected.Occurs mostly in the first trimester (88.39%);symptoms are usually a small amount of vaginal bleeding;the most common tongue and pulse are red tongue,yellow coating,and slippery pulse;the four qi of traditional Chinese medicine are more common in warm,cold,and flat;five flavors are more common It is sweet,bitter,and pungent;it is mostly attributed to the kidney,liver,and spleen meridians,and the effect is more common in tonic.Conclusion:HU believes that fetal leakage and fetal dysfunction are based on kidney deficiency and blood weakness and blood heat as the basic pathogenesis.Shoutai pills,Baoyin decoction and antifetal medicine are the main prescriptions for treatment,and the clinical symptoms are modified.
