小针刀配合推拿按摩干预对肩周炎的康复效果观察

Observation on the Rehabilitation Effect of Little Needle Knife Combined with Massage in Patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:探究小针刀配合推拿按摩干预对肩周炎的康复效果。方法:选取2018年12月~2020年12月期间的120例肩周炎患者为研究对象,将所有患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规西医治疗组)和观察组(小针刀配合推拿按摩干预组),每组各60例。比较两组治疗前后的运动功能指标(肩关节活动度及峰力矩)、疼痛程度(VAS评分)及生活质量(WHOQOL-100量表评分)。结果:治疗前两组的肩关节活动度及峰力矩、VAS评分及WHOQOL-100量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2周及4周两组的上述方面均显著改善,且观察组的肩关节活动度及峰力矩、VAS评分及WHOQOL-100量表评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀配合推拿按摩干预可显著改善肩周炎患者的运动功能、疼痛程度及生活质量,在肩周炎患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation effect of little needle knife combined with massage in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:120 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis from December 2018 to December 2020 were chosen as the study object,and all the patients were divided into control group(routine Western Medicine treatment group)and observation group(little needle knife combined with massage group)with 60 cases in each group.Then the motor function indexes(motion range and peak torque of shoulder),pain degree(VAS score)and life quality(WHOQOL-100 score)of two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The motion range and peak torque of shoulder,VAS score and WHOQOL-100 score of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),those items of two groups at 2;and 4;week after the treatment were significantly improved,and the motion range and peak torque of shoulder,VAS score and WHOQOL-100 score of observation group were all significantly better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The little needle knife combined with massage can significantly improve the motor function,pain degree and life quality of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,so its application value in the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis is higher.
