腕踝针治疗急性腰扭伤临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Wrist and Ankle Acupuncture Therapy for Acute Lumbar Sprain

目的:探究腕踝针疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床治疗效果,找寻更加简洁廉便的治疗方案。方法:选取门诊就诊患者50例,按照就医时间将患者等分为观察组和对照组。对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊,观察组加用腕踝针针刺治疗,连续治疗5d。要求患者签署知情同意书并保证严格遵照自身的治疗方案,由同1名医师指导患者依据自身治疗前后情况如实填写疼痛VAS评分与腰部活动度评分。结果:治疗后,2组患者的临床症状体征均较治疗前好转,且观察组治疗后症状较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义。结论:腕踝针疗法治疗急性腰扭伤即时性较好,效果优于单纯口服塞来昔布治疗,且操作简便安全,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain,and to find a more concise and cheap treatment plan.Method:50 outpatients were selected,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of medical treatment.The control group received oral celecoxib capsules,and the observation group received wrist-ankle acupuncture treatment for 5 consecutive days.The patient was required to sign an informed consent form and to ensure that he strictly followed his own treatment plan.The same physician instructed the patient to fill in the pain VAS score and waist mobility score based on their own conditions before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients were improved compared to before treatment,and the symptoms of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture has a better immediate effect in treating acute lumbar sprains,and the effect is better than that of oral celecoxib alone,and the operation is simple and safe.It is worthy of clinical reference.
