摘要
甲状腺结节是内分泌科及甲状腺外科常见的疾病,临床以良性甲状腺结节多见。中医药对治疗甲状腺结节有独特的优势,该文对近七年来甲状腺结节的中医病名、病因病机、辨证论治、选方用药、外治方法、针刺治疗等进行综述。
Thyroid nodules are common diseases in endocrinology and thyroid surgery,and benign thyroid nodules are more common in clinical practice.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of thyroid nodules.This article summarizes the names of thyroid nodules in traditional Chinese medicine,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,selection of prescriptions and drugs,external treatment methods,and acupuncture treatment in the past seven years.
