糖尿病肾脏病病机理论创新与辨证治疗方案研究述评 被引量:9

摘要 针对糖尿病肾脏病核心病机,重点阐释糖尿病肾脏病“络脉瘀阻”“毒损肾络”“微型癥瘕”“风邪伏络”等创新性理论,综览当代医家有关糖尿病肾脏病辨证方法及其规范化治疗方案研究成果,展示中医药分期辨证治疗糖尿病肾脏病优势。同时,针对糖尿病肾脏病病机理论与辨证规范研究领域存在的问题,提出应该重视古今文献与名老中医经验数据挖掘,重视基于临床流行病学方法的证候学研究,重视科学评价糖尿病肾脏病中医药临床疗效,并建立规范化糖尿病肾脏病分期辨证治疗方案,以期促进糖尿病肾脏病领域中医理论创新与诊治水平提升。 We focus on the diabetic kidney disease(CKD)pathogenesis,elucidate the key interpretation of diabetic kidney disease“collaterals blood stagnation”“damage of renal collaterals by toxicity”“miniature lump”“pathogenic wind in collaterals”and other innovative theories,summarize the research results of modern doctors on the treatment of diabetic kidney disease and related standardized programs,demonstrate the advantages of TCM in treating diabetic kidney disease by stages and syndrome differentiation.At the same time,in view of the theory of diabetic kidney disease pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation standard problems existing in the research field,this paper puts forward that we should attach importance to ancient and modern literature and data mining to analyze famous doctor′s experience,research of syndromes based on clinical epidemiology methods,and the scientific evaluation of diabetic kidney disease clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,so that we can establish a standardized diabetic kidney disease(CKD)treatment method based on different stages,and promote the theoretical innovation and technical progress of TCM in the field of diabetic kidney disease.
