基于Ecotect模拟的冬季街区人体舒适度优化研究--以青岛台东步行街为例 被引量:1

摘要 通过实地调研发现,沿海地区密集窄短型道路易形成风阻过大、涡流等滞风现象。立足于小尺度街区,以青岛台东单元装配式街区为例,结合建筑密度和街区空间特征,利用对比分析、Ecotect风环境模拟等方法研究了街区空间布局、衔接角度所造成的不同风环境对人体舒适度的影响,并对其进行了优化。模拟结果显示:街区交叉式线性排列方式的风速由初始的5.0 m/s降到了3.0 m/s,人体舒适度提高了1.7,人体舒适度在一定程度上得到了改善。基本达到了冬季防风防寒,提高人体舒适度的目的。 The research found that it is easy to form wind stagnation,excessive wind resistance and eddy currents phenomena on the dense narrow short road in coastal areas.Based on the case of the small-scale blocks,this paper takes Qingdao Taitung unit prefabricated blocks as the research object.Combined with the building density and block space characteristics,comparative analysis,Ecotect wind environment simulation and other methods are adopted to study block spatial layout and connection angles caused by different wind environment effects.At the same time,these methods are also optimized.The simulation results show that the wind speed of the block crossing linear arrangement is reduced from the initial 5.0m/s to 3.0m/s.The habitant comfortability is improved by 1.7,and the habitant comfortability is improved to a certain extent,which basically achieves the purpose of preventing wind and cold in winter and improving habitant comfortability.
