分析了麒麟区国家森林城市建设5年来取得的主要成效和存在的问题,提出了麒麟区巩固提升森林城市创建工作的对策和建议:加强领导明确责任;科学制定实施方案;广泛宣传充分发动;领导带头引领示范;多方筹措建设资金;拓展造林增绿空间;破解老旧小区增绿难题;提升生态文化品位;对照国标补齐短板。为云南其他县市区创建国家森林城市提供经验借鉴。

This paper analyzes the main achievements and problems made in the construction of national forest city in Qilin District.Countermeasures and suggestions for the consolidation and improvement of forest city creation in Qilin District are put forward,Strengthen leadership to clarify responsibilities;scientifically formulate implementation plans;implemnet extensive publicity and full mobilization;leaders take the lead in leading demonstrations;raise construction funds from various parties;expand afforestation and green space;solve the problem of greening old communities;improve the quality of ecological culture;make up for shortcomings by comparing with the national standard.which provides reference for the establishment of national forest cities in other counties and cities in Yunnan Province.
