摘要
从高校教学因材施教、人才培养的扶持政策、协同创新的人才培养模式和多学科交叉融合的课程体系出发,剖析了当前国内高校体育人才培养模式及存在的问题,对比国外高校提出了需要完善和提高的地方。针对湖北武汉及周边区域球会的岗位需求调查,以《高尔夫场地管理与维护》课程设计改革为例,阐明了多学科交叉融合对全面提升高尔夫专业人才培养质量的重要性。课程改革进一步削减纯理论学时,强化课程实践环节,经过两年多的探索实践,极大地提高了学生在球场草坪管理与养护、草坪机械使用和维护等方面的实践动手能力,为进一步提高学生的创新创业实践能力,为高校高尔夫人才培养工作提供一定的借鉴。
From the perspective of individualized teaching in colleges,supportive policies for talent training,collaborative innovation talent training mode and interdisciplinary curriculum systems,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current talent training mode in domestic colleges or universities,and puts forward the areas that need to be improved,compared with foreign colleges or universities.According to the personnel demand survey of golf courses and driving ranges in Wuhan and surrounding areas,taking Golf Course Management and Maintenance course as an example,this paper aims to clarify the multidisciplinary intersection to improve the quality of golf talent cultivation.The curriculum reform further reduces the theoretical class hours and strengthens the practical curriculum.After more than two years of exploration and practice,the students'practical ability in turf management and maintenance,the use and maintenance of lawn machinery has been greatly improved.All of that not only improves the students’innovative undertaking practical ability but also provides guideline for sports talent cultivation at colleges or universities.
