应用型本科院校旅游管理专业学生专业认同研究--基于人口学特征的视角 被引量:1

摘要 学生专业认同感的培育是专业建设重要课题。在梳理前人研究基础上,以上海某应用型本科院校旅游管理专业的学生为对象进行了专业认同问卷调查。结果发现:低认同仍是旅游管理专业的学情常态,社会认可与专业前景是专业发展的长期藩篱;专业认同各维度及相关题项在性别、年级与户籍所在地等变量上均存在一定差异。鉴于此,提出了3点对策:包括行业榜样作引领示范,学生渴望认知被颠覆;强化专业教师与专业辅导员双师资队伍建设;赛教融合,改革教学方法。以期达到培育与塑造旅游管理专业学生专业认同的目的。 The cultivation of students'professional identity is an important topic in major construction.Based on previous studies,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on professional identity of students majoring in Tourism Management in an applied undergraduate university in Shanghai.It is found that low recognition is still the learning situation of tourism management.Social recognition and professional prospect are the long-term barriers to professional development;Dimensions of professional identity and corresponding items have certain differences in gender,grade and registered residence.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures including setting industry role models as leading demonstrations,subverting students’eager,strengthening the construction of a double faculty team of professional teachers and professional counselors,integrating competitions and teaching,and reforming teaching methods in order to cultivate and shape the professional identity of tourism management.
