县城老城区更新改造问题与对策——以霞浦县松城片区控制性详细规划为例

随着城市建设发展,县城老城区开始出现街道狭窄、建筑老旧、配套功能不齐等诸多滞后情况,亟须通过老城更新来完善城市功能、提升环境品质、完善配套服务、彰显城市特色。在引导、控制、开发老城区工作中,控制性详细规划为直接的依据。文章结合霞浦县松城片区控制性详细规划,通过对霞浦县老城区现状情况摸底和上位规划分析和衔接,结合实际情况,针对老城最亟需解决的问题提出更新改造的策略。通过提出整体改造要求,找出更新改造的重点单元等,从多方面提出具体方案和改造措施。

Combined with the regulatory detailed planning of Songcheng District in Xiapu County, through the analysis and connection of the current situation of Xiapu old city and the upper planning, combined with the actual situation, this paper puts forward the strategy of renewal and transformation for the most urgent problems of the old city, and finds out the key units of renewal and transformation by putting forward the requirements of the whole transformation, From many aspects, this paper puts forward the specific scheme and transformation measures.
