摘要
工程中,常有供水、供热、燃气、电力等管线需跨越铁路、公路、河流。这类结构往往跨度较大,经常采用钢桁架栈桥。此类结构重量轻,投资少,目前应用越来越广泛。此类栈桥不通行车辆,经常由建筑结构专业人员做相关设计,结构受力特点和设计方法与桥梁类似。因钢桁架栈桥无现成设计规范、设计手册供设计人员参考,相关设计思路方法散见于多本规范、手册及教科书中,有必要分析探索,并加以总结。以某跨铁路钢桁架栈桥为例,探索总结此类结构的设计方法、构造要求及需要注意的问题。
In engineering, there are often water supply, heating, gas, power and other pipelines that need to cross railways, highways and rivers. This kind of structure often has a large span, and steel truss trestle is often used. This kind of structure has light weight and less investment. At present, it is more and more widely used. This kind of trestle does not pass through vehicles and is often designed by building structure professionals. The structural stress characteristics and design methods are similar to those of bridges. Since there are no ready-made design specifications and design manuals for designers’ reference, relevant design ideas and methods are scattered in many specifications, manuals and textbooks, so it is necessary to analyze, explore and summarize. Taking a Long-span Railway Steel Truss trestle as an example, this paper explores and summarizes the design method, structural requirements and problems needing attention of this kind of structure.
