摘要
为了减少爬架在施工中遇到的问题,提高爬架的施工质量与拼装效率,以闽建机附着式升降脚手架在本单位多个项目的应用为例,利用BIM技术三维可视性、模拟性、优化性的特点,对爬架的前期方案进行辅助性设计与可行性验证、对细部节点进行深化,以及施工模拟与技术交底等,可以解决80%在设计中不可预见的问题,提高安装效率10%,节约材料成本约8%。
In order to reduce the problems encountered in the construction of the climbing frame and improve the construction quality and assembly efficiency of the climbing frame, this paper takes the application of the attached lifting scaffold of Fujian construction machinery in many projects of the unit as an example, uses the characteristics of three-dimensional visibility, simulation and optimization of BIM Technology, carries out auxiliary design and feasibility verification of the early scheme of the climbing frame, and deepens the detailed nodes, And construction simulation and technical disclosure.It can solve 80% of the unforeseen problems in the design, improve the installation efficiency by 10%,and save about 8% of the material cost.
