摘要
为了对邯郸古树名木进行扩繁,找出最佳生长调节剂浓度和配方,采用IBA浓度分别为1000、2000、3000 mg·L^(-1)和NAA+IBA(质量比=1∶1)分别为1000、2000、3000 mg·L^(-1)处理5年、100年、200年和500年生侧柏插穗,对生根率、生根数量、平均根长进行测定。结果表明:5年生和100年生侧柏用IBA 2000 mg·L^(-1)处理生根率最高;200年生和500年生侧柏插穗用NAA+IBA 2000 mg·L^(-1)处理生根率最高。
In order to promote the propagation of ancient and famous trees in Handan City and find out the optimal concentration and formula of growth regulator,cuttings of 5,100,200&500-year-old Platycladus orientalis were treated by IBA concentration of 1000,2000 and 3000 mg·L^(-1),NAA+IBA(mass ratio=1∶1)1000,2000 and 3000 mg·L^(-1).Rooting rate,rooting number&average root length were measured.Result shows that IBA2 treatment have the highest rooting rate in 5&100 year-old-cuttings,and NI2 treatment ha the highest rooting rate in 200&500 year-old-cuttings.
