大连地区引种的不同品系欧美杨抗寒性研究

Cold Resistance of Different Strains of Populus xeuramericana Introduced in Dalian Region

为了解欧美杨(Populus xeuramericana)在大连地区的抗寒性,以20个欧美杨无性系为研究对象,对其休眠枝含水量、电导率、MDA含量、Pro含量等指标进行了测定,结果表明:N177、02-01-119、03-05-156抗寒性较强,02-34-347、03-04-170、02-01-219抗寒性较差。该试验结果可以为欧美杨在辽南地区引种栽培提供理论依据。

In order to understand the cold resistance of Populus xeuramericana in Dalian area,20 Populus xeuramericana clones were taken as the research objects,and the water content,electrical conductivity,MDA content,Pro content&other indicators of the dormant branches were measured.Result shows that:Populus xeuramericana‘N177’,P.xeuramericana‘02-01-119’,P.xeuramericana‘03-05-156’have strong cold resistance;Populus xeuramericana‘02-34-347’,P.xeuramericana‘03-04-170’,P.xeuramericana‘02-01-219’have poor cold resistance;result can provide a theoretical basis for the introduction&cultivation of Populus xeuramericana in southern Liaoning Province.
