摘要
针对铁路GSM-R网络自动检测设备运用状况,研发其地面控制系统。在明确GSM-R网络自动检测地面控制系统设计目标的基础上,重点阐述系统设计方案,以及实现与保障系统稳定、可靠运行的关键技术,并通过综合检测列车检测设备与系统的交互试验,对系统运用进行验证。该系统具有对全路所有车载检测设备进行管理和控制的功能,包括测试任务下发与控制、设备位置跟踪与记录,以及对设备事件、告警、状态的报告与管理,同时可对测试数据进行存储、管理和分析,使检测人员在地面实现对设备运行状况的全面掌控,以及时了解线路各处GSM-R网络状态。
The ground control system is developed for the application of automatic detection equipment of the railway GSM-R network.On the basis of defining the design objectives of the ground control system for GSM-R network automatic detection,this paper emphatically expounds the system design scheme and the key technologies for achieving stable and reliable operation of the system,and verifies the system application through the interaction test between the system and the detection equipment of comprehensive inspection train.The system has the function of managing and controlling all on-board detection equipment of China Railway,including issuance and control of test schedules,tracking and recording of equipment positions,and report and management of equipment event,alarm and status.At the same time,the system can store,manage and analyze the test data,so that the detection personnel can comprehensively control the equipment operation on the ground and timely grasp the GSM-R network status at all locations of the line.
