摘要 为了解决舰载机突伸缓冲器的设计与试验问题,从舰载机前起落架的设计要求和约束出发,提出了一种兼具能量吸收、停机高度控制和突伸的缓冲器结构形式。针对此结构,给出了基于理论分析进行突伸性能预测的方法。同时,也进行了动力学建模和仿真;并与遗传算法结合,给出了指定行程下突伸速度边界对应的质量。最后,进行了突伸试验。试验结果表明,突伸速度主要取决于突伸行程和突伸质量,而轮胎压力不是主要因素。 In order to solve the design and test problems of landing gear strut for carrier-borne aircraft,this paper proposes a kind of sudden-extension absorber which combines energy absorption,landing gear height control and sudden-extension according to the design requirements and constraints of the nose landing gear of carrier-borne aircraft.Aiming at this structure,a method for predicting sudden-extension performance based on theoretical analysis is presented.At the same time,the dynamics modeling and simulation are also carried out.Combined with the genetic algorithm,the results of calculating the mass of the sudden-extension boundary under the specified stroke are given.Finally,the sudden-extension test is carried out.The test results show that the sudden-extension speed mainly depends on the stroke and the mass,but the tire pressure is not the main factor.
