摘要 不同下沉速度下,起落落震油孔流量系数、气体多变指数在计算过程中的选取有一定差别。基于ALTLAS软件,对某型舰载机起落架不同下沉速度工况进行分析,并结合落震试验数据对流量系数、气体多变指数进行计算。结果表明,采用常值气体多变指数、流量系数在不同下沉速度下取值,对起落架缓冲性能影响较大。通过试验实测值与本文计算结果进行对比,使得垂直载荷峰值大小与实测结果误差在3%以内,验证了不可测参数取值范围,为舰载机起落架缓冲器计算提供重要参考。 In simulation calculation,discharge coefficient and gas polytropic index are distinct at different sinking speeds.In this paper,based on ALTLAS software,the landing gear of a carrier aircraft machine is analyzed under different sinking speeds,the flow coefficient and gas polytropic index are corrected by combing the landing gear test data.The results show that the value of constant gas polytropic index and flow coefficient at different sinking speeds have a great impact on the buffer performance of landing gear.The error between the calculated vertical load peak value and the measured result is less than 3%,which provides an important reference for the calculation of landing gear buffer of carrier aircraft.
