乡村振兴战略视野下优秀传统农耕文化的重构

Reconstruction of Chinese excellent traditional farming culture under the strategic vision of rural revitalization

中华优秀传统农耕文化,是我国先民在长期农业生产实践活动中创造的优秀物质财富和精神财富的总和。但随着工业化和城镇化进程的加速发展,当前乡村传统农耕生产方式趋于消亡、生活习俗逐渐弱化,其传承发展面临着严重困难。推动农业农村发展,贯彻实施十九大提出的乡村振兴战略,实现乡村产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕,要充分挖掘中华优秀传统农耕文化所蕴含的优秀品质,赋予其时代价值和现实意义,守护好传统农耕文化传承“载体”,加强文明乡风建设,协调城市文化和乡村文化,通过对中华优秀传统农耕文化的重新塑构,助推乡村全面振兴。

The excellent traditional Chinese farming culture is the sum of the excellent material and spiritual wealth created by our ancestors in the long-term agricultural production practice.However,with the accelerated development of industrialization and urbanization,currently traditional agricultural production mode in rural areas tends to die out and the living customs gradually weaken,and its inheritance and development are faced with serious difficulties.The development of agriculture and rural areas,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy put forwards by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the realization of prosperous rural industries,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance and a well-off life need to fully tap the excellent quality in the excellent traditional Chinese farming culture So that we can endow its time value and realistic meaning.By protecting the traditional farming culture heritage"carrier",strengthening the construction of local custom civilization and coordinating urban culture and rural culture,we can realize the reconstruction of the excellent traditional Chinese farming culture,so as to boost the overall revitalization of the countryside.
