对微观辨证发展中存在问题的思考

Discussion on the Problems of Microscosmic Syndrome Differentiation

微观指标是微观辨证的基础。目前在微观辨证发展过程中有关微观指标的研究显现出部分问题,其中尝试用微观指标诠释证的本质、与药理作用的简单对应及直接用于中医病证的诊断较为显著,导致以上问题的根本原因在于研究过程缺乏中医思维。基于整体观念,注重宏观与微观的结合,辩证地看待微观指标,通过筛选对辨证有意义、探寻对治法有价值、确立对诊断疾病有贡献的微观指标,可以为微观辨证发展提供思路。

Micro-indicators are the basis of microscosmic syndrome differentiation.Several problems have been found in current researches about micro-indicators mainly when they are used to interpret the essence of syndromes,to correspond with the pharmacological effects and to differentiate the disease and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),all of which are fundamentally induced by lack of TCM thoughts.Therefore,it is suggested to adopt the concept of holism,put focus on the combination of macro and micro,and treat the micro-indicators dialectically;only when micro-indicators which are meaningful to syndrome differentiation,worthy to treatment and contributing to diagnosis can be developed,will it provide reference to the development of microscosmic syndrome differentiation.
