洪广祥运用温肺煎合银翘马勃散治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘经验

HONG Guangxiang’s Experience in Treating Cough Variant Asthma with Wenfei Decoction(温肺煎)and Yinqiao Mabo Powder(银翘马勃散)

总结洪广祥教授治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的经验。将咳嗽变异性哮喘归类为慢性干咳之寒邪客肺证,认为阳气不足、寒邪客肺为其基本病机。临证以"治肺不远温"为指导,以具有温散、温化之效的自拟经验方温肺煎治疗;同时强调肺咽兼顾,配合咽喉诊察,咽后壁充血、滤泡者加用银翘马勃散疗效更佳。两方合用,经验方与古方融合,具有"温清并用、兼顾肺咽、标本同治"的配伍意义。

This paper summarized professor HONG Guangxiang’s experience in treating cough variant asthma.Cough variant asthma is classified as chronic dry cough with intruding pathogenic cold in the lung,and it is considered that yang qi insufficiency and pathogenic cold invading the lungs are the basic pathogenesis.Guided by the theory of“lungs cannot be treatment without warming method”,it is suggested to use the self-made Wenfei Decoction(温肺煎)which is generated from the clinical experience and has the function of warming-dissipating and warmingtransforming.Simultaneously,as both lungs and throat should be treated,the status of the throat needs to be observed;if there is congestion and follicle of the posterior pharyngeal wall,Yinqiao Mabo Powder(银翘马勃散)can be added to obtain better effects.The combination of Wenfei Decoction and Yinqiao Mabo Powder reflects the integration of formula from clinical experience and from ancient classics,and is characterized by“the combination of warming and clearing methods,the focus on both lungs and throat,and the treatment of both root and branches”.
