JIA Yingjie’s Experience in Treating Tumors by Using Five Methods of Removing Turbidity

总结贾英杰教授论治肿瘤的临床经验。从浊邪致病角度提出癌浊理论,认为癌浊氤氲于癌前时期,贯穿于癌瘤始末,具有伏藏性、胶结性、恶耗性、流注性四大特点;依据癌浊不同的病理特点,以截浊来路、给浊出路为罢黜癌浊的基本思想,从芳香化浊、解毒清浊、化瘀散浊、通腑泄浊、淡渗利浊五个方面探讨罢黜癌浊法在肿瘤防治中的具体应用。

This paper summarized professor JIA Yingjie’s clinical experience in the treatment of tumors.Cancerturbidity is put forward based on the theory of“pathogenic turbidity leading to diseases”.It is present from the precancerous period and goes through the whole cancer process,which is latent,cemented,consumable(viciously),and wandering.According to the varied pathological characteristics of cancer-turbidity,and the basic idea to remove turbidity by cutting off the source and letting the way of turbidity,five methods are suggested to treat tumors including aromatic medicinals to remove turbidity,resolving toxins to clear turbidity,dissolving stasis to dissipate turbidity,dredging the bowels to discharge turbidity,and bland medicinals to percolate and drain turbidity.
