基于数据挖掘的手术室护理安全事件与关联因素分析

Analysis of Nursing Safety Incidents and Related Factors in Operating Room based on Data Mining

目的挖掘手术室护理安全事件发生的关联因素,为制订手术室护理安全事件防范措施提供科学依据。方法回顾性整理159例手术室护理安全事件的数据资料,采用数据挖掘中关联规则分析方法进行关联规则评定。结果通过条件拟定,共挖掘出3487条关联规则,对关联规则进行卡方检验,结合专业知识分析,最终筛选出7条关联规则。结论基于数据挖掘中的关联规则算法,挖掘手术核查执行与沟通、责任心、技术流程之间的关联,技术流程执行与年资、责任心之间的关联规则,从而获取手术室护理安全事件特征性因素,对建立手术室护理安全事件的防范体系有科学、准确的指导意义。

Objective To explore the related factors of nursing safety incidents in the operating room and provide scientific basis for formulating preventive measures for nursing safety incidents in the operating room.Methods The data of 159 cases of nursing safety incidents in the operating room were retrospectively sorted out,and the association rule analysis method in data mining was used to evaluate the association rules.Results A total of 3487 association rules were mined through condition formulation,and chi-square test was performed on the association rules.Combined with professional knowledge analysis,7 association rules were screened out finally.Conclusion Based on the association rule algorithm in data mining,the association between operation verification execution and communication,sense of responsibility,technical process,and the association rules between technical process execution and seniority and sense of responsibility are explored,so as to obtain the characteristics of nursing safety events in the operating room.It has scientific and accurate guiding significance for the establishment of a prevention system for nursing safety incidents in the operating room.
