新生儿肠外营养支持治疗方案及实施效果分析

Analysis of Treatment Plan and Implementation Effect of Neonatal Parenteral Nutrition Support

目的探讨临床药师在新生儿肠外营养支持治疗中的作用。方法选取医院2020年第一季度NICU使用肠外营养治疗患儿(方案实施前,52例)和2020年第四季度使用肠外营养治疗患儿(方案实施后,49例)进行专项点评,比较新生儿肠外营养治疗方案实施前后医嘱不合理率和并发症发生率。结果方案实施前,新生儿肠外营养医嘱不合理率为39.86%,并发症发生率26.92%,方案实施后肠外营养医嘱不合理率为8.95%,并发症发生率10.20%,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论临床药师参与新生儿肠外营养管理,有助于实现新生儿肠外营养支持治疗的同质化、规范化,保障患儿治疗安全。

Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of neonatal parenteral nutrition support.Methods 52 cases of child patients before the implementation of the plan in NICU who undertook parenteral nutrition treatment in the first quarter and 49 cases of child patients after the implementation of the plan in the NICU who undertook parenteral nutrition treatment in the fourth quarter of 2020 were selected for special reviews.The unreasonable rate of medication orders and incidence complications before and after the implementation of neonatal parenteral nutrition treatment plan were compared.Results Before the implementation of the plan,the unreasonable rate of medication orders of neonatal parenteral nutrition was 39.86%,and the incidence of complications was 26.92%.After the plan was implemented,the unreasonable rate of medication orders was 8.95%,and the incidence of complications was 10.20%.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in the management of neonatal parenteral nutrition is helpful to realize the homogeneity and standardization of neonatal parenteral nutrition support treatment,and to ensure the safety of treatment for child patients.
