超声联合MRI诊断乳腺肿块的效能研究

Study on Effectiveness of Ultrasound Combined with MRI in Diagnosing Breast Masses

目的分析超声+MRI诊断乳腺肿块的影像学特征及诊断效能。方法纳入本院收治的100例乳腺肿块患者,采用超声、MRI进行诊断,分析超声+MRI诊断的效能。结果超声+MRI诊断的准确率、灵敏度、特异度均高于超声、MRI单独诊断(p<0.05);超声+MRI与活检穿刺病理诊断的一致性一般(p<0.05);良性病灶组Smax、K1均低于恶性病灶组,良性病灶组Tpeak高于恶性病灶组(p<0.05);良性病灶组S/D、RI以及PI均高于恶性病灶组(p<0.05)。结论超声+MRI可提高乳腺肿块诊断灵敏度、特异度,明确病灶血流动力学参数、MRI参数。

Objective To analyze the imaging features and diagnostic effectiveness of ultrasound+MRI in the diagnosis of breast masses.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast masses admitted to this hospital were diagnosed with ultrasound and MRI,and the diagnostic effectiveness of ultrasound+MRI was analyzed.Results The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of ultrasound+MRI diagnosis were higher than those of ultrasound and MRI alone(p<0.05);the consistency of ultrasound+MRI with the biopsy puncture pathological diagnosis was general(p<0.05).Both the Smax and K1 of the benign lesions group were lower than those of the malignant lesions group,and the Tpeak of the benign lesions group was higher than that of the malignant lesions group(p<0.05).The S/D,RI and PI of the benign lesions group were higher than those of the malignant lesions group(p<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound+MRI can improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of breast masses,and clarify the hemodynamic parameters and MRI parameters of the lesions.
