影响急诊护理人员预检分诊能力的因素分析

Analysis of Factors Affecting Pre-examination and Triage Ability of Emergency Nurses

目的探讨影响急诊护理人员预检分诊能力的相关因素及应对措施。方法采用随机抽样法抽取2020年1月至3月杭州市三家医院在职的168位急诊护理人员作为研究对象,分析急诊护理人员预检分诊能力的相关影响因素。结果急诊护理人员预检分诊能力与预检分诊工作年限、急诊工作年限、取得急诊相关证书、文化程度、经过急诊分诊正规培训、职称、参与病例讨论、业务考核间隔时间有关,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论急诊护理人员预检分诊能力与预检分诊工作年限短、文化程度低、未经过急诊分诊正规培训、职称低、不参与病例讨论、业务考核间隔时间密切相关,针对上述因素进行干预,可进一步提升急诊护理人员预检分诊能力。

Objective To explore the related factors that affect the pre-examination and triage ability of emergency nurses and countermeasures.Methods A random method was used to select 168 emergency nurses who were employed in three hospitals in Hangzhou from January to March 2020 as the research objects,and the relevant factors influencing the ability of emergency nurses to pre-examine and triage were analyzed.Results Many factors were related to the emergency nurses'pre-inspection and triage ability,including emergency nurses'pre-examination and triage ability and working years,emergency working years,emergency-related certificates,education level,formal training in emergency triage,job titles,participation in case discussions,business evaluation intervals,and the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The pre-examination and triage ability of emergency nurses is closely related to many factors,including the short working years of pre-examination and triage,low education level,no formal training in emergency triage,low professional title,non-participation in case discussions,and business evaluation intervals.Interventions are made for the above factors,which can further improve the pre-examination and triage ability of emergency nurses.
