新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控下病区陪护人员闭环管理探讨

Discussion on Closed-loop Management of Accompany Personnel in Ward Areas During COVID-19 Epidemic

目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控下病区陪护人员出入防控闭环管理模式。方法构建新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控下陪护人员闭环管理模式,实现陪护人员首次进入病区时信息登记电子化、陪护人员出入病区和发热管理闭环管理模式。结果陪护人员日均进出病区人数由1568人次缩减至1010人次,日均进出病房人数由18.4人次缩减为11.8人次,人均出病区时间缩短至21分39秒。结论新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控下陪护人员出入病区实施闭环管理,能有效减少陪护人员进出病区的人次和在外时间,减少人员交叉感染的风险。

Objective To explore the closed-loop management model for the prevention and control of the entry and exit of accompany personnel in the ward under the normalized prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods A closed-loop management model for escorts under the normalized prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic was constructed to realize the electronic registration of information when the accompany personnel entered the ward for the first time,and the closed-loop management model of the accompany personnel entering and exiting the ward and fever management.Results The average number of accompany persons entering and leaving the ward per day was reduced from 1568 to 1010,the average number of entering and leaving the ward per day was reduced from 18.4 to 11.8,and the average time per capita leaving the ward was shortened to 21 minutes and 39 seconds.Conclusion Under the normalized prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic,the implementation of closed-loop management of the accompany personnel entering and leaving the ward can effectively reduce the number of accompany personnel entering and leaving the ward and the time outside,and reduce the risk of cross-infection of personnel.
