摘要
随着“一院多区”建设与管理的普及,综合医院开始以外部院区或托管基层医院的形式扩容下沉医疗资源。在此趋势下多院区如何统一物资管理,使各分院区的物资供应与配套设施迅速同步,保持流程标准统一,为全院区提供同质化物资保障显得尤为重要。本文通过建立SOP物资管理模式,以标准化作业流程规范工作行为,将管理中的关键控制点进行量化与细化,科学、专业、精细、高效地管理各项物资,做到全院区合理配置、顺畅请领、标准发放、细致监管、精准控制,形成物资供应链全过程的完整闭环,实现“一院多区”的物资管理同质化,更好地为全院区统一发展提供稳定的支持与保障。
As the construction and management of multi-hospitals system began to spread,general hospitals began to expand and sink medical resources in the form of external campuses or hosting primary hospitals.Under this trend,how to unify the material management of multiple hospitals,make the material supply and supporting facilities of each branch quickly synchronize,maintain the uniform process standards,and provide homogeneous material guarantee for the whole hospital is particularly important.Through establishing a SOP material management model,standardizing work behaviors with standardized operating procedures,we quantified and refined the key control points in management,managed various materials scientifically,professionally,meticulously,and efficiently.Reasonable configuration,smooth request,standard distribution,precise control of the whole hospital were achieved to form a complete closed loop of the entire material supply chain.The homogeneity of material management of multi-hospitals system was realized,which better provided stable support and guarantee for the unified development of the whole hospital.
