Analysis of the design and operation effect of the whole life cycle management system of hospital logistics equipment

医院后勤设备的科学管理能够保障医疗业务的平稳运行,本研究对医院后勤设备巡检、保洁、保养、润滑、维修、改造等重点环节管理进行研究,以探讨医院后勤设备的安全、高效运行方法。通过引入全面规范化生产维护(TNPM)管理体系构建集设备运行、维护、评价于一体的管理系统,自动生成设备脆弱性分析报告、年度综合报告、设备全生命周期记录,为设备维护管理以及更新采购提供决策辅助。

The scientific management of hospital logistics equipment can ensure the smooth operation of medical services.This paper studied the management of key links of hospital logistics equipment,including inspection,cleaning,maintenance,lubrication,repair,and transformation to discuss the method of operating hospital logistics equipment safely and efficiently.Through the introduction of a Total Normalized Productive Maintenance(TNPM)management system,a management system integrating equipment operation,maintenance and evaluation was built.It automatically generated equipment vulnerability analysis reports,annual comprehensive reports,and equipment's whole life cycle records,providing decision-making assistance for equipment maintenance management and updating purchases.
