目的探讨医院内部科研基金对医院开展科研工作及科研成果的影响,分析科研绩效。方法收集2013年-2017年医院内部科研基金资助项目相关资料,分析立项情况、课题特征,对医院内部科研基金获得者后续科研绩效进行统计分析。结果医院内部科研基金对医院的科研产出有明显的促进作用,在医院内部科研基金的支持下,医院内部科研基金获得者后续获得院外课题、论文产出均有所增加。结论医院内部科研基金是医院科研投入的重要形式,对医院科研发展起到了推动作用,对中青年人才的培养至关重要,管理部门应该加强医院内部科研基金管理,促进医院人才培养和科技创新。

Objective To explore the influence of the hospital's internal scientific research funds on the hospital's scientific research work and scientific research results,and analyze the scientific research performance.Methods The relevant data of the hospital's internal funded projects from 2013 to 2017 were collected.The status of the project and the characteristics of the project were analyzed,and a statistical analysis of the follow-up scientific research performance of the hospital's internal fund recipients was conducted.Results The hospital's internal funds have a significant role in promoting the scientific research output of the hospital.With the support of the hospital's internal funds,the recipients of the internal funds of the hospital subsequently obtained extra-hospital projects and the output of papers.Conclusion The internal hospital fund is an important form of hospital scientific research investment,which promotes the development of the hospital's scientific research.It is very important for the training of young and middle-aged talents.The management department should strengthen the management of the hospital's internal funds management to promote the training of hospital talents and technological innovation.
