摘要
目的通过对医院外事工作内容的分析和挖掘,利用科学方法和工具,构建医院外事工作岗位胜任力评价体系,以指导医院外事工作人才选拔、培养和考核。方法采用行为事件访谈法、层次分析法、专家咨询法分析构建评价体系。结果建立了包含3个层次、5个维度和15项要素的医院外事工作胜任力评价体系,并从正向指导医院外事工作岗位人员的选拔和反向考核现有医院外事工作人员两个维度入手,综合分析所建评价体系的可行性和可复制性。结论构建的医院外事工作胜任力评价体系具有较高的科学性和可操作性,有助于明确医院外事工作岗位所需能力,指导医院外事工作岗位人员选拔,为医院外事工作更好地发展提供助力。
Objective Through the analysis and excavation of the contents of the hospital's foreign affairs work,and the use of scientific methods and tools,the hospital's foreign affairs job competency evaluation system was constructed to guide the selection,training and assessment of the hospital's foreign affairs work personnel.Methods Behavioral event interview method,analytic hierarchy process,expert consultation method was used to analyze and construct an evaluation system.Result A hospital foreign affairs competency evaluation system with 3 levels,5 dimensions and 15 elements were constructed.The feasibility and reproducibility of the established evaluation system were comprehensively analyzed from two dimensions:guiding the selection of hospital foreign affairs staff from the positive direction and reversely evaluating the existing hospital foreign affairs staff.Conclusion The constructed competency evaluation system for foreign affairs work in hospitals is highly scientific and manipulable,which helps to clarify the required capabilities of foreign affairs jobs in hospitals,guide the selection of foreign affairs workers in hospitals,and help to develop the foreign affairs work in hospitals better.
