摘要
目的探讨基于微信小程序开展人工智能(AI)聊天机器人服务在斜视患儿麻醉访视和随访中的应用价值。方法根据就诊顺序奇偶序号将2017年10月至2020年10月于眼科行手术治疗的300例斜视患儿监护人分为观察组(150例)和对照组(150例)。比较前两组麻醉相关事宜知晓情况和当日手术取消率,并比较后两组术后行为量(PHBQ)和麻醉满意度评分。结果观察组麻醉相关事宜知晓情况优于对照组,当日手术取消率低于对照组,观察组术后1、2、3个月PHBQ评分和麻醉满意度评分均高于对照组(均p<0.05)。结论结合AI聊天机器人的微信小程序可优化斜视患儿的麻醉访视和随访工作。
Objective To explore the application value of artificial intelligence(AI)robot chatting service based on We Chat applet in strabismus children’anesthesia visit and follow-up.Methods The guardians of 300 children with strabismus who underwent surgical treatment in the ophthalmology department from October 2017 to October 2020 were divided into observation group(n=150)and a control group(n=150)according to the odd-even serial number of the visit.The two groups were compared for the awareness of anesthesia related issues,operation cancellation rate of the day,Post-Hospitalization Behavior Questionnaire(PHBQ)scores and satisfaction score of anesthesia.Results The observation group had better awareness of anesthesia related issues,lower operation cancellation rate of the day,and higher scores of PHBQ and satisfaction of anesthesia at 1,2,3 months after surgery(all p<0.05).Conclusion The We Chat applet providing AI robot chatting service can improve the work of anesthesia visit and follow-up in strabismus children.
