Dynamic Monitoring and Cost-Benefit Analysis of Medical Equipment Utilization

目的对医院医疗设备使用情况进行动态监测与考核管理,对其社会效益进行分析。方法通过医院HIS和PACS系统采集数据,结合财务科和临床科室数据,统计分析医疗设备的经济效益和投资收益率,每季度对设备进行经济与社会效益考核,分析这类设备对医院诊疗、抢救和科研等方面的贡献。结果有52.8%的设备投资收益率为优秀,少数设备投资收益率为差;原值高的设备投资收益率不高,但从社会效益方面来看,它们对医院的新技术开展有着重要意义。结论对医院医疗设备的经济效益分析和社会效益分析可以掌握全院设备的使用现状,为设备使用和收费合理性提供参考。

Objective To conduct dynamic assessment and assessment management on medical equipment utilization in the hospital,and to analyze the social benefits.Methods The data were collected from the HIS and PACS system and also from financial department and clinical departments,and were used to analyze the economic benefits and investment return rate of medical equipment.Economic and social benefits were assessed every quarter to analyze the contribution of medical equipment to diagnosis and treatment,emergency treatment,and scientific research.Results There was 52.8%of the medical equipment whose investment return rate was assessed as excellent,while little was poor.The medical equipment with high original value had low investment return rate,but was important to the development of new technologies from the perspective of social benefits.Conclusion The economic and social benefit analysis of medical equipment can present the current situation of utilization and provide reference for the rational utilization and pricing of medical equipment in the hospital.
