摘要
复脉汤是张仲景治疗伤寒"心动悸,脉结代"的主方,有益气温阳滋阴养血之效,后世医家根据临证不同对此方进行加减化裁而成一系列复脉类方。研究复脉汤及其类方的组方用药特点及在临床上治疗多系统疾病的特色,初步浅探复脉法,以期为临床诊治疾病提供有益的思路。
Fu Mai Decoction is zhang Zhongjing’s main prescription for treating"heart palpitations,mai jiedai"of typhoid fever,which is beneficial to the effect of tonifying Qi,warm Yang,nourishing Yin fluid,nourishing Blood.Doctors of later generations made a series of prescriptions for fumai according to the different clinical symptoms.Based on the medication characteristics of Fu-mai decoction and its prescriptions,analyzes the characteristics of Fu-mai decoction in the treatment of multi-system diseases,and probes into the Fu-mai decoction in order to provide useful ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
