小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺结节疗效与安全性评价

The Efficacy and Safety of Xiaojin Capsule Combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Thyroid Nodule Was Evaluated based on Meta Analysis

目的:评价小金胶囊(麝香、木鳖子、乳香、当归、制草乌、五灵脂、枫香脂等组成)治疗甲状腺结节的疗效和安全性。方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方、Pubmed数据库,检索收集小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生临床随机对照研究(RCT)的文献。检索时限均为建库至2020年9月30日,应用Cochrane Handbook提供的文献质量风险评价表进行评价,由两名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:符合纳入标准的文献共8篇,包含患者631例,其中对照组313例,实验组318例。Meta分析结果显示,在小剂量左甲状腺素钠片基础上,联合小金胶囊治疗甲状腺结节临床总疗效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义[RR=1.34,95%CI(1.21,1.48),P<0.00001];在小剂量左甲状腺素钠片基础上,联合小金胶囊治疗甲状腺结节不良反应小于对照组,差异有统计学意义[RR=0.31,95%CI(0.20,0.48),P<0.00001]。结论:小金胶囊与小剂量左甲状腺素钠片疗甲状腺结节临床疗效更好、不良反应小。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiaojin Capsules(composed of musk,mussel,frankincense,angelica,grass black,wulingzhi,liquidambar syringae,etc.)in the treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods:Through the database of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Pubmed,the literature of randomized controlled trials(RCT)in the treatment of breast hyperplasia with Xiaojin capsule was searched and collected.The search time limit is from the establishment of the database to September 30,2020,and the evaluation is conducted using the literature quality risk evaluation form provided by the Cochrane Handbook.After two researchers independently screen the literature,extract the data and evaluate the risk of bias in the included studies,RevMan 5.2 is used The software performs Meta analysis.Results:A total of 8 articles that met the inclusion criteria included 631 patients,including 313 in the control group and 318 in the experimental group.The results of Meta analysis showed that on the basis of low-dose levothyroxine sodium tablets,combined with Xiaojin Capsules in the treatment of thyroid nodules,the clinical total therapeutic efficiency was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant[RR=1.34,95%CI(1.21,1.48),P<0.00001];On the basis of low-dose levothyroxine sodium tablets,combined with Xiaojin Capsules in the treatment of thyroid nodules,the adverse reactions were less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant[RR=0.31,95%CI(0.20,0.48),P<0.00001].Conclusion:Xiaojin Capsule and low-dose levothyroxine sodium tablets have a better clinical effect in the treatment of thyroid nodules with less adverse reactions.
