张新建主任医师认为小儿遗尿症病因有虚实之分,但以"虚"为多,病因病机为先天肾虚不固,下元失调;后天失养,肺脾气虚;肝脾湿热,下迫膀胱,火邪妄动,水不得宁;心肾不交,水火不济,上不制下,气机紊乱。临床治疗应辨证与辨病相结合,家庭管理与内服药物、中医外治相结合,才能达到较好的效果。附案例4则,以资验证。

Archiater ZHANG Xinjian holds that the etiology of children with enuresis consists of deficiency and excess, but deficiency is the most common.The etiology and pathogenesis are congenital weakness of kidney-deficiency, disturbance of kidney qi;loss of nourishment after birth, deficiency of lung and spleen;damp heat of the liver and spleen forcing downward the bladder, pathogenic fire stirring recklessly, and water failing to be tranquilized;disharmony between heart and kidney, disharmony between water and fire, the upper failing to restrict the lower, and disturbance of qi activity.Clinical treatment should be combined with syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, family management combined with internal medicine and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, whereby achieving better efficacy.Four cases are attached for verification.
