农村随迁老年人参与隔代抚养感受的质性研究

Experiences of inter-generational raising in rural migration older adults:a qualitative study

目的了解农村随迁老年人参与隔代抚养的感受,从积极心理学角度为参与隔代抚养的老年人身心健康与生活质量的研究提供参考。方法采用现象学研究法,选取13名参与子代育儿的农村老年人进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行归纳分析并提炼主题。结果共提炼主题5个,即家庭责任,社会适应(迁移障碍、适应良好),负担和苦恼(角色冲突、负性情绪与身体不适),缺乏照护信息,自我认同。结论参与隔代抚养的农村随迁老年人存在负性感受,同时也表现出较强的成就感与价值感,家庭及社会应正视老年人的负面感受,从积极心理学的角度挖掘积极因素,促进老年人身心健康。

Objective To understand the experiences of inter-generational raising in rural migration older adults,so as to provide reference for the studies on their physical and mental health and quality of life from the perspective of positive psychology.Methods The descriptive phenomenological method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 13 inter-generational raising of rural migration older adults,and Colaizzi′s 7-step analysis was used to summarize,analyze and refine themes.Results A total of 5 themes were extracted:family responsibility,social adaptation(migration barrier,adapt well),burden and distress(role conflict,negative emotions and physical discomfort),lack of care information,self-identification.Conclusion Negative feelings exist in the inter-generational raising of rural migration older adults,and they also show a strong sense of accomplishment and value.The family and society should pay attention to the negative feelings of the elderly,and explore positive factors from the perspective of positive psychology to promote their physical and mental health.
