Research and Countermeasures on Internet Medical Supervision Mechanism in China

互联网医疗有助于解决医疗资源分布不均、配置不合理等问题。文章从监管规范、监管主体、监管环节等方面,探讨了互联网医疗监管机制相关问题,提出了健全监管规范,建立全方位监管体系,健全信息安全保护制度,完善医疗事故处理机制等对策建议,以期促进我国互联网医疗健康和可持续发展。

Internet medical treatment is conducive to solve the problems of uneven distribution and unreasonable allocation of medical resources.This paper discussed the problems related to the Internet medical supervision mechanism from the aspects of supervision norms,supervision subjects and supervision links,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,such as perfecting supervision norms,establishing an all-round supervision system,perfecting the information security protection system and improving medical accident handling mechanism,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Internet medical treatment in China.
