我国新发蜱传立克次体病研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS ON EMERGING TICK-BORNE RICKETTSIOSIS IN CHINA

经蜱叮咬传播的立克次体目病原体,分布广泛且种类繁多。近年来由于分子生物学的进步和主动监测的增强,系列新蜱传立克次体人类感染病例不断被发现,这些病例通常无明显特异性临床症状且致病性较强,本文对我国几种新发蜱传立克次体病的流行病学、临床表现特征、治疗方法等进行简要概述。

Tick-borne rickettsiae are a group of pathogens in the order Rickettsiae that can be transmitted via tick bites.The pathogenic rickettsia has been known widely distributed with diverse species involved.In the recent years,advanced molecular biologic techniques and enhanced active surveillances have led to the discovery of series human cases infected with emerged pathogenic rickettsia without diagnosis characters.In this paper,the epidemiology,clinical features,diagnosis and treatments of the emerged tick-borne rickettsi cases in China were briefly summarized to alert in human populations.
