紧身装备对非预期落地冲击时下肢软组织振动特性的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Compression Garments on Vibration Characteristics of Soft Tissue of Lower Limbs During Unexpected Drop Landing

摘要 探讨非预期落地冲击过程中紧身装备对下肢软组织振动特性的影响。选取12名男性专业运动员,每位受试者随机穿着紧身裤和对照裤完成3种高度(30、45、60 cm)下的非预期落地,并采集股四头肌和股后肌群振动信号。研究结果表明:穿着紧身装备减小了非预期落地冲击过程中股四头肌和股后肌群的最大振幅(p<0.05),并显著提高了两者的阻尼系数(p<0.05),紧身装备未对软组织主频产生显著影响,但可以显著减小软组织的系统传递性。研究表明:紧身装备可以显著减小非预期落地冲击时股四头肌和股后肌群软组织振动的振幅并增加各自的阻尼系数,同时可以通过减小下肢振动系统的传递性来减小可能由软组织共振所诱发的损伤风险。 The study aims to explore the influence of compression garments on vibration characteristics of soft tis-sues of lower limbs during unexpected drop landing.Twelve male professional athletes were selected,and each sub-ject was asked to randomly wore compression garments and control pants to do unexpected landing at three heights(30 cm,45 cm and 60 cm),during which the vibration signals of quadriceps femoris and posterior femoral muscles were collected.Results show that wearing compression garments reduced the maximum amplitude of quadriceps femoris and posterior femoris muscles during unexpected landing(p<0.05),and significantly increased their damping coefficients(p<0.05).Compression garments has no significant effect on the main frequency of soft tis-sue,but it significantly reduces the systematic transmissibility of soft tissue.In conclusion,compression garments can significantly reduce the vibration amplitude of quadriceps femoris and posterior femoris muscles and increase their respective damping coefficients.At the same time,it can reduce the damage risk caused by soft tissue reso-nance by reducing the transmissibility of lower limb vibration system.
