光热转换聚氨酯基储能调温纤维的制备及性能

摘要 以自制可见光吸收蒽醌染料作为光捕集和光热转换组分,PEG 6000作为储能组分,商品热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)作为模板,配制染料/PEG 6000/TPU三元复合纺丝液,进行共混静电纺丝。探究了纺丝液中PEG 6000含量的不同对所得纤维各项性能的影响,结果发现:PEG 6000的最高掺入量为50%,所得纤维的最高熔融焓和结晶焓分别为75.03 J/g和58.69 J/g,共混纺丝纤维在599 nm和646 nm处对可见光有最大吸收;光热转换曲线存在较明显的降温平台,其力学性能随PEG 6000含量增加急剧下降。 In this paper,the dye/PEG 6000/TPU blended electrospinning fibers were prepared using self-made visible absorbing anthraquinone dye as photoharvesting and photothermal conversion component,PEG 6000 as the energy storage component and commercial polyurethane TPU as the template.The effect of PEG 6000 content on the properties of the fibers was investigated.The results show that,when the maximum content of PEG 6000 is 50%and the maximum melting and crystallization enthalpies of the obtained fibers are 75.03 J/g and 58.69 J/g,respectively,the fiber has maximum absorption of visible light at 599 nm and 646 nm,the photothermal conversion curve shows an obvious cooling phrase,and the mechanical properties of the fiber decreased with the increase of PEG 6000 content.
