危重患者内源性皮质醇变化特点及应用进展

Changes and application progress of endogenous cortisol in critical patients

内源性皮质醇是由下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal,HPA)轴在应激状态下产生的一种人体主要的内源性糖皮质激素。皮质醇协调调节对于维持健康状态至关重要,近年来越来越多的研究旨在揭示皮质醇与危重患者的密切联系,同时提供了对于危重患者肾上腺功能不全的防治策略。本文从皮质醇概述、检测、危重患者皮质醇变化特点及应用等方面进行综述,将为危重患者进一步预防及治疗提供新思路。

Endogenous cortisol is a major endogenous glucocorticoid produced by the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis under stress.Coordinate regulation of cortisol is essential for maintaining a healthy state.In recent years,more and more studies aimed to reveal the relationship between cortisol and critical patients,and provide the strategies of prevention and treatment for adrenal insufficiency in critical patients.This article reviews the overview,testing,the characteristics of change and applications of cortisol in critical patients,which will provide new ideas for further research on the prevention and treatment.
