双电泵系统油泵切换过程压力稳定性分析及优化

摘要 文章介绍了双电泵润滑油系统在事故工况下油泵切换过程中油压变化的规律,对油泵切换过程中油压低的问题原因进行了分析并提出了具体的优化措施,并对大型机组在工厂内进行故障时油泵切换模拟试验的必要性进行分析,具有重要的工程应用参考价值。 This article introduces the law of oil pressure changes in the oil pump switching process of the double electric pump lubricating oil system under accident conditions,analyzes the reasons for the low oil pressure problems during the oil pump switching process are analyzed and proposes specific optimization measures.It also analyzes the necessity of the oil pump switching simulation test in the case of utility-type unit failure in the factory and has important engineering application reference value.
